CASE REPORT 1
• Name : Ms. Yatimah• Age : 60 YO• Photo : Arteriography pedis (D)• Indication : PAD pedis D• Contraindication : -
• Water soluble contrast was added to a femoralis. Contrast filled a femoralis to a tibialis posterior and anterior.
• Soft tissue : Normal• Bone : decrease in
trabeculation, spur formation at inferior os calcaneus
• Vascularization: there was lumen irregularity in a. femoralis and a. poplitea. There was lumen stenosis distal from a. poplitea branch. Increasing in collateral vascularization at the level of a tibialis posterior. Diminished vascularity distal from a tibialis posterior and a. tibialis anterior
• Conclusion: suspect periferal arterial disease with obstruction at the level of a. plantaris and dorsalis pedis
CASE REPORT 2
• Name : Ms kemi• Age : 52 y.o.• Photo : thorax AP• Indication : Susp ca cervix + anemia• Contraindication : -
• Soft Tissue: looks Normal
• Bone: Normal, no Fracture, Lytic and Blastic lesion is not visible, Normal Trabeculation, No calcification visible
• Hemidiaphragm: left and right Hemidiaphragm was normal, dome shaped ; left costoprhenicus angle was covered by homogenous opacification.
• Trachea: Normal, located in the Middle
• Heart : enlarged, CTR = 61 %, calsification of Aorta, heart waist was normal.
• Lung: Normal, bronchovascular pattern normal. There was no nodul and infiltrat.
• Hemithorax : homogenous Opacification is seen in laterobasal of the left hemithorax that covered left costoprhenicus angle.
• Hilus: Arteri pulmonal dextra normal, arteri pulmonal sinistra was covered by cardiac shadow
• Conclusion : Pleural Effusion at the lower left pulmonary lobe, and Cardiomegaly
CASE REPORT 3
• Name : Ms. Siti nurosiyah• Age : 70 y.o.• Photo : genu (D) AP lateral• Indication : Susp CF tibia• Contraindication : -
• Soft Tissue : Oedematous soft tissue at genu region.
• Allignment: disalligment
• Bone: Complete Fracture comminuted tibiapalateu (D) 1/3 proximal with the Distal Fragment Pushed to the posteromedial side. Complete Fracture Oblique Fibula (D) 1/3 proximal with the Distal Fragment Pushed to the posterior side.
• Joint Space : Normal
• Conclussion: Complete fracture commiuted tibiapalateu (D) 1/3 proximal Schatzker type VI and Fracture complete oblique fibula (D) 1/3 proximal .
