VP OGX & VP Comm need to have regular meetings to create & track the strategy for the MOVE Summer.
OGX needs to: • Create international LC partnerships • Have a clear EP profile to recruit • Have clear sub products they want to work with • Select the EPs • Ra, Ma, Re the EPs • Reintegrate the EPs OGM / Comm needs to: • Segment the Student Market based on the profile the OGX makes • Customize national materials to sub products chosen by OGX • Bring innovation in the promo (online + offline + INNOVATION= success) • Bring applications based on the ratio 6 applications : 1 Raise • Divide the AF goal weekly to track and recover in case of ineffective strategies

• Signs LC2LC partnerships inside the national partnerships ( our partners are waiting for your EPs you just have to establish which LC/ project and how many EPs)
• Signs LC2LC partnerships outside the national partnerships
• Contact all the old applicants that did no reply/postponed internship in MOVE Spring/Winter
• Induct the new members allocated inside the teams ( 70% of the new members should be allocated in OGX teams)
OGM makes it perfect
• Feedback the national materials until 15th of March
• Customize national materials based on OGX LC sub products & Lmatching partners
• Start online promo
• Start Porta un amico campaign inside the LC
• Start internal campaign ( sending members/ leaders in GCDP)
• Create INNOVATION point of the CAMPAIGN
April – that’s the spot!

• Call applicants + Schedule interviews
• Select EPs+ contract& fee + raise = SAME DAY
• Match EPs though partnerships
• Partnership monitoring
• OPS – MANDATORY for all EPs ( at the end of the month)
• Support Visa procedures of EPs
