Request for registration of Mortgage
This service allows clients to apply to register mortgage / portfolio mortgage through the mortgage of real property to the financer in order to guarantee interests in the real property. It can be a first-degree or second-degree mortgage.
Required Documents
1- Original Title Deed2- Letter from the mortgagee bank, and attendance of its authorized
representative3- Original Power of Attorney attested by the court, or by the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs if the Power of Attorney is issued outside of the UAE. The validity of the Power of Attorney may not exceed two years.
4- Three Mortgage Contracts certified by the mortgagee bank and signed by both parties
Fees
0.25% of the mortgage value + 250 Dirhams as Title Deed issuance fees + Knowledge Dirham Fee of 10 Dirhams Registration Fees• 4,000 Dirhams as service charges• Urgent processing fees (For UAE Nationals in non-freehold areas): 5,000

Request for registration of Mortgage (Usufruct)
This service allows clients to register a usufruct mortgage through the registration of a usufruct contract of a real estate for a period not exceeding 99 years based on a letter from the financer.

This service allows clients to apply to register deferred sale through a mortgage letter from the financer.

signed by both parties

This service allows clients to register a primary mortgage through the mortgage letter from the financer.

signed by both parties

Request for Mortgage Adjustment
This service allows clients to apply to register a mortgage amendment / portfolio mortgage through the registration of an amendment in the mortgage value or in the period of the previous mortgage contract, whether by increase or decrease, based on a letter from the financer.
Required Documents
1- Original Mortgage Contract 2- Letter from the bank approving the amendment (variation of the
term or amount, or addition of remarks), and attendance of the bank’s authorized signatory
3- Three new Mortgage Contracts 4- Title Deed
Fees
• 1,000 Dirhams as Mortgage Term Amendment Fees and 0.25% as Mortgage value amendment Fees + 250 Dirhams as Title Deed issuance fees + Knowledge Dirham Fee of 10 Dirhams (added to each fee)

This service allows clients to apply to register a mortgage transfer / portfolio mortgage through which the mortgage is transferred from one bank to another based on a letter from the financer.
