• The project is about redesigning the welding machine hanger from stationary to rotary cantilever type.

• The main advantage behind this are reduces the movement of the existing one during loading and unloading operations.

• In order to over come the difficulties in circular job of arc welding process.

• In arc welding slags and non uniform welding paths are occurs.

• Blow holes that are caused because of vertical welding process.

• Difficulties to weld in small corners.
