Set up – 20% of estimated rental total for large props & décor, $5/table with linen, $2/table or linen, $.75/chair

Damage Waiver – 12% of estimated rental total Diesel Fuel Charge - $19.50/truck (flat fee) Taxes – 8.25%

receive your signed contract and 50% deposit All pricing subject to change without notice. If contract is signed less than 30

days out from event, components cannot be guaranteed and rush charges and/or substitutions may apply.

All required power is to be provided by client and/or billed to client’s hotel master account.

available upon request. Contracted amounts will be billed directly to the client.
