This tour starts in front of Orchestra Hall and Peavey Plaza on the corner of Nicollet Mall and 11th St. Join us for a 2.5 mile guided walking tour to the famous Spoonbridge and Cherry sculpture in the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. Along the way, we will see some of the beautiful downtown buildings, churches and the
Basilica of St. Mary, which play key roles in the city’s architecture and personality. You will experience beautiful Loring Park, the dandelion fountain
and the iconic Sculpture Garden. Along with the Spoonbridge and Cherry, you will see Gehry’s Standing Glass Fish-guaranteed to be a conversation starter!
On the return, we’ll highlight some key architectural buildings.

On this tour, we meet at the intersection of the Nicollet Mall and Washington Ave. on the southwest corner. From here we will head east with a focus on
seeing the Mississippi River front. Catch breathtaking views of the skyline while crossing the Stone Arch Bridge – the heart of Minneapolis’ flour milling history! Along the way, other Mill City facts will be shared and photo opportunities are
abundant. Learn what put the City on the map, the dangerous history of working in the milling industry and many other interesting facts that defined our beginnings. You will also see St. Anthony Falls and if we are lucky, some of the
unique birds that call the Mississippi River home.

Explore and learn about the Mississippi Riverfront, Nicollet Mall, the Sculpture Garden and much more. Bike Tours start from 115 Main St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414, just north of the movie theater entrance, along the historic St Anthony Main. Look for our sign in the window
right below the 3rd Ave Bridge. There is parking ramp and lot behind St Anthony Main at the intersection of 2nd St SE and 2nd Ave SE.

DRESS CODEOfficial FEA National Conference Polo Shirt
All student members attending the conference must wear the official FEA conference polo shirt with the FEA logo through Friday evening and Saturday activities. Students are to wear properly fitting pants or skirts and appropriate shoes. No shorts or baggy seats with exposed undergarments are allowed. Athletic shoes are permitted.
The FEA National Conference polo is offered only at the FEA online store.
FEA will offer 19 competitions at the 2014 FEA National Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
