All Hospitality Ministers

• Be knowledgeable about general weekend events, Google Calendar-weekly weekend emails• Wear name tags

Greeters/Ministers of Hospitality

• Outgoing, energetic, friendly—all ages • Give people coming to mass a sense of “we are glad to be together”• Be at the door 20 min. early and be at the door after Mass to say

goodbye• Greet people near the entrance, outside or inside

Weekend Information Ministers• Outgoing, energetic, friendly—young adults and adults• Use Usher’s Room and/Java and Juice/computer access/written forms and

materials that are available • Be ready to answer general questions • Other questions that may come up:
