Atlanta-based Chil & Co is a creative house driven by a content creation agency, a production studio, and an Atlanta-centric creative community.” Chil & Co chose the MET as their home after spending years at Switchyards Downtown Club. They specialize in content creation, drone videography, and photography.

MINT
MINT is a non-profit cultural hub and arts organization showcasing experimental and contemporary talent. MINT will occupy a 7,300-square-foot space within the MET. It will utilize its new, larger space to display additional exhibitions and provide studio space that will be available at below-market rental rates.
Founded in 2006 by undergraduate students at Atlanta universities, MINT was established to create a space for emerging artists and art enthusiasts in Atlanta to discover and show work that may otherwise go unseen.

RODNEY SCOTT'S BBQ
Charleston-based pitmaster Rodney Scott will open the third location of Rodney Scott’s BBQ at the MET in spring 2020. Rodney Scott’s BBQ will offer South Carolina-style whole-hog barbecue along with his famous ribs, chicken and homemade side dishes. Continuing his family’s tradition of cooking over live wood coals, Rodney utilizes burn barrels to turn hardwood into glowing coals on-site. Rodney and his team—including partner Nick Pihakis—will operate the restaurant at the MET.

DANGER PRESS
Danger Press opened at MET in 2004 as a high-end screen printing shop. It employs artists and designers who design and print posters, clothing, and a variety of accessories. Press runs can be as small as 25 or as large as 25,000+. Danger Press also handles finishing work like folding, polybagging garment tagging, hand tags and sewn-in tags. Their roster of clients includes local and international brands like Mailchimp, Mercedes-Benz, Adidas, Adult Swim, and more.

MUTINY ARTWRX
Mutiny Artwrx was founded by JP McChesney and occupies a 75,000-square-foot centerpiece of the MET which is divided into individual artist studios. The studios serve as an artists' collective, where artists can create, collaborate with each other, and sell their work. 145+ artists are housed here in a range of studio sizes. The collective offers amenities for members such as a kitchen and lounge, outdoor patio, and a communal gallery in which to sell their work. Artists can also sell their work directly out of their studios. Mutiny Artwrx has a TV show about members of the collective which is broadcast on local GPB-TV.

ZOMBIE CAT PRODUCTIONS
Zombie Cat Productions is a full-service production company that specializes in producing and developing STORY. Founded by Molly Coffee and her friends who all worked full time on studio pictures and wanted control over the kind of stories that they wanted to tell. The studio also makes props and set dressings for the film and television industry. The types of productions and props range from to stop-motion, to puppetry, creatures, and more.

GEORGIA CENTER FOR CHILD ADVOCACY
The Georgia Center for Child Advocacy champions the needs of sexually and severely physically abused children through prevention, intervention, therapy and collaboration.
GCCA chose to expand to MET so they could customize their office space, creating a unique environment within a historic complex to host their clients and patients and to host events to promote the important work they do within Atlanta and across the state of Georgia.
GARDEN ATL
Matt Klyn of Garden ATL recently signed a multi-year lease at the MET after being a tenant for six years. Garden ATL offers high-end garden services focusing on a style branded "organic modernism." Their work can be spotted throughout Atlanta, from Buckhead homes to intown rooftops and the new MET courtyard.
This past fall, the MET asked Garden ATL to relocate to a different unit on property to open space for the new leasing office. While initially opposed to relocating, Matt now loves his new space. "It’s a lot more functional for my business. The move actually turned out to be big blessing," says Klyn. Now that Matt has wrapped up the MET's courtyard, he plans to turn his attention to his new space, where he plans on beautifying his storefront with "a garden-focused mural."
LA BODEGA
La Bodega will bring a hybrid New York-style bodega meets full-service restaurant to MET. Husband and wife team, Jeanette and Ken Katz, owners of Buenos Dias Café in Downtown Atlanta chose MET for their next location to serve the growing Adair Park and West End neighborhoods and workforce.
Buenos Dias Café built a reputation for great tasting, authentic Latin American cuisine using fresh food, natural ingredients, minimal waste, and lots of care. They look forward to learning what the MET community wants and working to accommodate those needs. They'll serve everything from a filler-free fruit and veggie smoothie to papusas and cafe con leche from their space just inside Murphy Avenue entrance.

LAND OF A THOUSAND HILLS
Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee started in Roswell, Georgia fifteen years ago. Their mission is to craft beautiful coffee, create purposeful work, and cultivate flourishing communities. Thousand Hills Coffee will be bringing a coffee shop, coworking space, bakery, and roastery to the MET. This will offer Atlantans an experiential retail destination while bringing a community building amenity to the MET.

MAMMAL GALLERY
Mammal Gallery is an art collective that supports and houses all forms of artistic expression from live music to music recording, visual art and performance. They were a longtime anchor of the Downtown Atlanta arts community and are relocating to MET in 2020.
They will take on the momentous task of repurposing the MET's historic blue water tower into a multi-level coffee-cocktail bar. The bar will be adjacent to their performance space and recording studio where they'll host shows featuring artists from around the globe.

KMM & CO.
KMM is a hand-crafted leather goods maker. KMM chose to move its production to MET after operating within the Citizen Supply space at Ponce City Market. KMM saw the opportunity to be a part of a community that is dynamic, culturally rich, and growing at the MET. Their space has allowed them to incorporate production, retail and processing for their successful online business.

FRESH STRUCTURES
Fresh Structures is a full-service florist located at the MET. Their team creates high-end arrangements for birthday parties, weddings, events, television and film productions, and corporate functions. They are also the official florist for luxury Atlanta hotels including the St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton, and Downtown Omni.

IN GOD WE MUST
In God We Must – In God We Must is a retail apparel brand that chose to move all of their production and retail space from Ponce City Market to the MET. I.G.W.M. was built with a pioneering spirit and an open mind. Their must-have designs adorn everything from hoodies to hats, t-shirts and bags, and their new production and retail space at MET will also feature jewelry and other accessories.

SEIBER DESIGN
Seiber Design is a studio of architects, interior designers and explorers with a practice stretching back to the late polished brass era of restaurant design. The firm's projects include a wide variety of restaurants and bars with a mix of specialty retail, custom single family residential and master planning.
They are a studio in every sense - open space with no private offices in a bright, welcoming space at MET. Their services include fully integrated architecture and interior design, master planning, design consultation and strategy, 3D renderings and visualization, and furnishings and artwork procurement.
