MERIT SCHOLARSHIP 2016 FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
TOWSON UNIVERSITY, a member of the University System of Maryland in the UNITED STATES, is pleased to
offer a merit scholarship program for new undergraduate international students. The scholarships are for
students who demonstrate a strong record of academic achievement and proficient English skills.
Towson’s scholarship program will enable newly enrolled international students to receive a substantial
reduction in their tuition costs and are renewable annually for the duration of their degree program.
Estimated expenses in U.S. dollars for the 2016 academic year with a scholarship are:
$12,800 $17,300 $30,100
NO SCHOLARSHIP $20,800 $17,300 $38,100
To be considered for a scholarship, applicants must submit an undergraduate
International Student application and all support documents to the Office of
International Admissions by May 15 for the Fall (September) 2016 semester
and December 1 for the Spring (January) 2017 semester.
