•How to move towards the dreams and goals – setting both long and short term goals
•Defining what areas should be developed in order to easier reach the goals
• In order to learn more from the experience itself

1st Meeting• Get to know
• Explain why mentoring
• Discuss about how is the mentee feeling: fears, concerns, problems facing so far
• Set agreement for mentoring sessions (how often, where, etc.) and clarify the ‘rules”
• Setting expectations
2nd Meeting
• SWOT (identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for development and threats for mentee’s development and future evolution)
3rd Meeting
• Self-reflection: mentee’s values, principles, future life plans
• Vision for the future (for mentee: write different scenarios what you would like to achieve in your life…)
4th Meeting
• Defining personal growth strategies (for mentee: how to achieve the vision for the future, what would be the next steps – very specific, what kind of education/experience is needed, learn more about the mentor’s similar story – if possible, etc.)
• Also identify how the experience in AIESEC can help the mentee on short and long term
Last Meeting
• Official ending, what has been gained, future opportunities through AIESEC, next steps.
• Evaluation of the mentoring relationship.
