on link on our intranet portal.

The following few slides show the details.

Department login will not require a password

Login as a Department or Individual

Submit a request (Facilities example)

Submit a request(Biomedical example)

You or your department will also receive an email to let you know when the request is accepted. It is

usually assigned at that time.

Your request is received in MediMizer work order system for

assignment

You can review requests for your department or departments

• Shows New and unfinished requests.• Can also show Closed Work Requests a number of days• Shows the requests for that user's department• Some users can be given more authority to review requests.

• Users can update their information (name, phone #, email address)

• Users can change their own password in Web Portal

• If Users forget their passwords, they can click the “Forgot password” link on the login page and iRM will send them an email telling them their password

• Optional: Users can add themselves through self-registration process in Web Portal

• Submit a new request.

• Email confirmation when accept and when completed.

• User can see their department's work with status.
