INDUSTRY EXPERT PANEL MEMBERS
Russell McGuire received his Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky. He also received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Delta State University in Mississippi and an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Livingston University in Alabama. He currently holds the position of Vice President and Dean of Allied Health for Education Corporation of America. Dr. McGuire brings 35 years of healthcare experience working in various clinical and educational roles. Some of his recent titles include Chief Clinical and Nursing Officer, Director of Surgical Services and Associate Professor. He is a published author and has served on numerous allied health advisory boards. In 2004 he received the Best Dissertation Award at the 10th Annual Nursing Administration Research Conference in Chapel Hill, North Carolina
Jean Cramer currently holds the position of Supervisor of Education and Float Pool for Aurora Medical Group in Wisconsin. She is responsible for continuing education and training for RNs, LPNs and Medical Assistants, along with daily operational duties. During her 20-year career as a practitioner, she has held roles such as Nursing Team Leader, Triage Nurse, Clinical Supervisor, Manager of Occupational Health and Wellness and Supervisor of Blood Collection Center. In these roles she has developed internal training programs, new employee training programs along with developing a preceptor based program with ongoing competency training and development for a multi-site clinic. Cramer received her Associate degree in Nursing from Waukesha County Technical College and will be completing a BSN with bridge to MSN program from Excelsior College in December of 2014. She is also a member of NAMI, (National Alliance for the Mentally Ill), Medical Assistant board member for the Milwaukee Career College, and a member of the AAACN (American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing).
Bob Atkins, CEO and Founder, Gray Associates Bob led Gray’s entry into the education industry and the development of Gray’s proprietary industry databases and service offerings. He has worked with all of Gray’s education clients, counseling CEOs and CMOs on business strategy, pricing, location selection, and program strategy. He is an expert in business strategy, marketing, sales and high-tech distribution channels. He has helped AT&T, Avaya, American Express, Dex Media, Qwest Communications, HP, IBM, Northcentral University, UTI, Alta Colleges and other clients to develop growth strategies, enter new markets, and build their sales and channel organizations.
