Nancy Huff is a graduate of
Connecticut College and the
Harvard Radcliffe Program in
Business Administration.
She served as CFO-Corporate
Secretary, Office Manager and
HR Director at DYNAMCO Inc.
for over 30 years until her
retirement in 2001.
She is very active in volunteer work in McKinney
serving as a CASA advocate for over 9 years and
currently serves on the Boards of Medical Center
McKinney, Children and Community Health Center
of McKinney, and Communities In Schools DallasRegion.
In 2006 she was selected as the Volunteer of the Year
for McKinney.
A mentor for many years for CISDR in McKinney shesays "I can truly attest to the success of the CISDR
program helping at risk children achieve their very
best through one on one mentoring with gentle,
caring, supportive guidance."

Brian S. Loughmiller was elected asMayor of McKinney in May 2009. He iscurrently managing partner at the lawfirm Loughmiller Higgins P.C., a McKin-ney law firm specializing in family law.
Loughmiller has been active in thecommunity through volunteer work atchurch, McKinney ISD schools and citygovernment. He represented District 4on City Council from 2002 to 2008, andwas appointed Mayor Pro Tem for threeof his six years on the council. During his first tenure on City
Council, he served as liaison to the McKinney Airport Board, theMcKinney Housing Authority, the McKinney Parks Board and theMcKinney Community Development Corporation board.
Mayor Loughmiller is president of the Collin County Bar Associa-tion, belongs to the Dallas Bar Association and is a fellow withthe American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He hasreceived many awards to include recognition by the National
Law Journal for one of the top 100 verdicts in 2001.
Before serving in City Council, Loughmiller was a member onthe McKinney Board of Adjustments, served on the McKinneyISD Community Redistricting Committee and is still active onthe McKinney Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Otherassociations and organizations he devotes time to include theLeukemia and Lymphoma Society Team in Training, Stone-bridge United Methodist Church and Sunrise Rotary Club.
Mayor Loughmiller earned a bachelor degree from Illinois StateUniversity and graduated from Case Western Reserve UniversitySchool of Law. He and his wife, Donna, moved to McKinney in1989. They have three children.

Alicia Huppe is the Associate
Dean of Recruitment and
Programs for New Students at
Collin College, where she has
been employed since July 2002.
In her role at Collin College,
Alicia strives to spread the
word that a college education
is accessible whether you are high school students,older students looking to re-career or first-
generation college students. Her role in developing
concurrent and dual credit programs has helped put
high school students on the right track in getting
ahead in higher education and earning a degree.
Before joining Collin College, Alicia served as a finan-
cial aid and scholarships counselor at the University
of North Texas (UNT).
Currently, Alicia is pursuing a doctorate in highereducation at UNT. She received a master of educa-
tion in higher education administration from UNT
and a bachelor of arts in sociology from Texas A&M
University.
