Fill out the Register (New User ) portion. Click Submit Registration when finished

Continuous Access to UpToDate

“To ensure continuous access to UpToDate, including mobile and remote access, please take a moment to re‐verify your affiliation with US State Department ‐‐ your subscribing institution.”

Continuous Access to UpToDate (cont.)

• Need to confirm your affiliation with US State Department every 90 days.

• Login to UpToDate from within the US State Department network.

Authenticating Affiliation

• Credentials ‐ good for 90 days for both web or mobile app services.

• After 90 days ‐must login to USUHS portal  to automatically renew your UpToDate account. 

• Once you visited USUHS, your account will work independently for another 90 days. 

• A reminder will be sent from UpToDate before your 90 days expire.

• An UpToDate Mobile App for iOS is available in most countries. 

• Search for "UpToDate" on the App Store on your iPhone or iPad to see if UpToDate is available.

• UpToDate for iOS is free and you can download the app directly to your device through the App Store.
