Academics
Dr Paul Gibson, Senior Lecturer
Dr Paul Gibson, coordinates Leading People and Organisations in the MBA (Executive) and teaches Leadership and Management the first course in the MBA. Dr Gibson says there are three key ways that the degree can boost a student’s career, both professionally and personally: “You’ll learn a new language, you’ll learn to diagnose and you’ll learn to grow”.
Dr Ling Mei Cong, Lecturer
Dr. Cong Ling Mei leads accounting courses subject in the MBA and MBA (Executive) programs. Ling Mei taught in a university in China for five years before moving to Australia. She is a Fellow of ACCA.
Associate Professor Ingo Karpen
Associate Professor Ingo Karpen is responsible for the course Design Thinking for Business, a core course of RMIT’s MBA programs, focusing on case studies and collaboration with industry partners to design context-relevant strategy solutions. Ingo is a co-editor of Strategic Design (BIS Publishers) and a co-editor of a forthcoming special issue on Design, Consumption and Marketing in the Journal of Marketing Management.
Dr Kevin Argus, Lecturer
Dr Kevin Argus is a highly experienced marketing consultant and advisor to numerous organisations with deep industry contacts. He teaches Marketing in the first stage of both the MBA and MBA (Executive) programs.
