New Construction, preparing process:•Cover outlets, switch pates, brick foundation, lights, floor, etc.•Putty painters, wood filler, and caulking in all trim*Let caulking dry for a day before Primering walls.

After primering on walls and trim , We sand them and check to fill/fix for any minor imperfections ; Before finish coat.
