Generating Reports
1. On the left side menu; click on “Strategy & Financial” then “KPI Dashboard”
2. From the drop down menu now displayed on the left, click “Reports”

3. Select whether you would like to generate a report relevant to group and user or by specific KPI.

4. Tick the boxes next to each KPI that you want to be
included in the report and select the time period
5. Once all criteria has been selected click on “Generate” to view the
report underneath. You may then export it to excel or powerpoint.
Don’t forget to choose what type of report you would like (target, average. Previous year)

Managing Groups
1. On the left side menu; click on “Strategy & Financial” then “KPI Dashboard”
2. From the drop down menu now displayed on the left, click “Manage Groups”

Entering KPI Data
1. On the left side menu; click on “Strategy & Financial” then“KPI Dashboard”
2. From the drop down menu now displayed on the left, click “Enter KPI Data”.

Manually Inputting the KPI Data
3. Select group or user and time period.
4. Fill the cells with the current and target figures relevant to your selected time frame. Ensure you save the data

Once saved the KPI data will then be shown on the one page snapshot.
On the lower half of the page you will
see six text boxes. Input any comments
or goals behind the reasoning of the KPI
figures for that time period.

Adding & Editing a KPI
1. On the left side menu; click on “Strategy & Financial” then “KPI Dashboard”
2. From the drop down menu now displayed on the left, click “Manage KPIs”.

3. At the top of the page click “Add New KPI”

4. Fill in the details that are relevant for your KPI . Once
finished click add.
In order to edit the details of a
KPI simply click the edit button
next to the KPI. This will bring up
the same screen as shown below
however instead of ‘add’ it will
state ‘update’.
NOTE: KPIs highlighted red may
not be edited as they are based
from data that is linked and
imported from XERO or
Quickbooks.

Importing & Exporting KPI Data
In order to import KPI data, you must first export your manuallyentered data out of the hub into excel.
1. Select “Export Data”
2. Click the drop down boxes and tick the boxes of the users and groups whom you wish to export. Make sure to select the time period from the drop down menus and click “export”.

The data will be exported into
a table in an excel file as shown
on the right. Please be aware
that the content of the export
will vary depending on the
configuration used to setup the
KPI Dashboard. Copy and paste
or fill in the data of the cells
and re save the file.

Importing & Exporting KPI Data
3. Once you have added data to the excel file and wish to re import itsimply click “Import KPI” on the “Enter KPI Data Page”
4. click “choose file” and select the new excel that you have edited and saved onto your computer and click upload. This will now import the data back into KPI dashboard using your new data from the excel file.

Meeting Agenda- adds meeting agenda text boxes
Import Accounting Data –Click this button to take you to the import accounting data screen. Please see relevant manual.

3. Select “Add Group Below”
4. A new box (double click to rename) will appear in the Group Tree list shown below.

Make sure to click save

5. Then, In order to assign KPIs to certain groups or users; On the right of the page click “Assign/Remove KPI”
6. Tick your required KPIs to be assigned to the group / user and then click the save button (shown in the previous step).
