2. What other kinds of PIN CODES do you need to remember? What must you do if you forget some of them? Does it sometimes happen? Have you ever lost your card?
3. How can someone misuse your banking card? Do you pay by card on the Internet? What are some other problems you’ve experienced using banking cards?
4. Do you have any experience using your mobile to pay for something?
