• Six irrigation companies• One operational company (Falls Dam)• 230 mining privileges/deemed permits most of which

expire in October 2021• 15,000 ha fully irrigated and 10,000 ha partially irrigated• Mainly wild flooding and border dyking• Just in case approach

• Irrigation Acceleration Fund – 50%• Farmer irrigatiors – 40%• Otago Regional Council – 10%
