The graphical user interface makes the machine easy and intuitive to operate. It is extremely robust, and users can operate it even with their gloves on.
TPS 400i LSC Advanced
Multi-voltage options available throughout the TPS/i range.
LSC (Low Spatter Control) is a modified dip transfer arc with extremely high arc stability. The result is high quality weld seams with minimal spatter and an increased deposition rate. The TPS 400i LSC Advanced power source was developed to solve problems with inductivity with longer hosepacks. This means optimum weld properties and process stability even with long hosepacks.

ProcessesEvery welding process - from MIG/MAG (steel, CrNi, aluminium application) and MIG brazing to TIG DC and MMA - can be carried out using a single unit thanks to the multiprocess capability. A plethora of options, such as a TIG installation kit or a polarity reverser for welding special flux core wires, provides even greater flexibility to this unbelievably wide range of applications.

SO YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY THE MOST SOPHISTICATED WELDING MACHINE ON THE MARKET. LET IT PERFORM AT ITS BEST...
/ The new generation of welding torches have been specially designed to get the absolute best performance out of the Fronius TPS/i range. You wouldn’t buy a performance car and fit budget tyres, so why compromise on your welding torch? Let us take you through the major benefits of using the right torch...

SPEEDNET - UNLOCK THE POTENTIAL/ SpeedNet allows an ultra-fast data transfer rate between the system components and advanced software synergic lines like Pulse Multi Control and Low Spatter Control.
/ A high speed data transfer from the arc back to the processor means the heat input, resistance and arc length are constantly checked and welding characteristics instantaneously adjusted, resulting in consistent weld seams.

EFFICIENT TORCH COOLING/ Gas-cooled and Water-cooled torches have been designed to optimally dissipate heat making it cooler for the operators hand and increasing the lifespan of wear parts.
/ Torch and contact tip redesign in water-cooled systems lowers the temperature by up to 70 °C thus optimising welding times and giving wearing parts a longer lifespan. Incredibly, in just 11/2 mins after welding at 500 A, you can change the gas nozzle with your bear hands.

99% Less Spatter | Ultra High Precision Process
CMT stands for Cold Metal Transfer. The wire movement is incorporated into the process control, where heat is inserted only very briefly. Metal transfer takes place with barely any flow of current. The result is spatter-free MIG/MAG welding and brazing of thin sheets (0.3 mm or thicker), MIG brazing of galvanised sheets and the joining of steel and aluminium.

The AccuPocket is the world’s first-ever portable MMA welding unit to run on integrated lithium-ion batteries. This marriage of welding technology and rechargeable battery technology lets users weld anywhere, whether there is a mains supply or not, and without any current cables. The Accupocket is supplied with a charging device specially tailored to the welding
unit and can be charged in just 30 minutes to over 90% of its total capacity. A fully charged battery delivers sufficent power to weld up to 16 electrodes of 2.5mm diameter and for TIG mode, upto 17 minutes of continuous operation at full power.

Compared to conventional lithium-ion batteries, the rechargeable batteries used in the Accupocket stand out for having the highest intrinsic safety and environmental compatibility currently available, lower self-discharge and no memory-effect. Built-in battery management functions and the specially adapted external ActiveCharger – with Active Inverter Technology that detects the state of the battery and optimally adapts the charging characteristic – together ensure safe operation and long battery-cell life.

In plasma welding, the arc is constricted by a cooled gas nozzle. The powerfully bunched arc that results does away with the need for time-consuming weld preparation work, saving as much as 30% of the filler metal. Also, being enveloped in plasma gas, the tungsten electrode has a much longer service life.

eSpecialising in Weld Data Analysis and Documentation
The WeldCube solution is based on an industrial PC with integrated software. The system is compatible with all digital Fronius series, the resistance spot welding system DeltaSpot and the intelligent welding system platform TPS/i. This enables the user to document and evaluate a wealth of data - including current, voltage, wire speed, welding speed and time, arc length and dynamic correction, and job numbers - during both manual and robot-assisted welding processes.
This data is visualised in order to achieve an accurate analysis, then output via a web browser, which enables the results to be accessed conveniently from any computer or mobile device.
NEWWeldCube
The FroniusWeldCube is a new data analysis system that enables accurate and continuous quality assurance of up to 50 power sources on a network. As a result, users are able to significantly improve the output and reliability of their production operations.
/ Plug and play for easy installation
/ Component specific or production-line specific analysis
/ Predefined reports
/ Comprehensive intelligent reporting
/ Excel and PDF export function
/ Service packages available
/ Easy to read diagrams and analyses
