17 NDT therapists (from all over the world) braved the roads…

…to join a bunch of hardworking local therapists…

…in the heart of the beautiful Transkei..

…to change the lives of 37 children with CP

and their families!

They brought along PILES of equipment

They shared great ideas

They problem-solved

They brought skills and experience…

…and passed it on to the moms with home programs & practice

Dreams came true…

In 2008 Zingisa, had severe fixed flexion deformities and fractures

so this was the only way he could be positioned

Now he can sit…

And his legs are straight enough to stand!

In 2008 Phumelele used to drag himself on the floor to get around…

… now he can play ball on his Rolls Royce!!

Khulelwa is going to school

and has her own specially adapted desk

and chair

Siphenathi can transfer onto his toilet seat independently

Thandeka started talking

Anakho connected with her granny

Look how Athokozile’s eyes have improved

With a bit of help Ongeziwe came to life!
