Make a Snoopy Finger PuppetMATERIALS: an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper, black construction
paper, red or pink construction paper, scissors, tape, black
marker
Fold paper into thirds, lengthwise.
Fold the paper in half by bringing one of the open
ends to the other and creasing a fold in the middle.
Bring one of the open ends up to the middle and
crease fl at.
Turn the paper over.
Bring the second open end up to the middle and
crease fl at.
The fi nished folded square should look like an “M”
or “W” when placed on its side on a fl at surface.
Hold the square with the open ends facing you.
Use your thumb and index fi nger to gently pinch
the folded points toward each other so the open
ends open up.
Pull the two inside pages together.
Place a piece of tape over the middle of the
inside pages.
Put your index fi nger and middle fi nger inside one
of the pockets you have created.

Put your thumb inside the pocket below.
Close the puppet mouth by bringing your thumb to
your index and middle fi nger. Open the puppet mouth
by opening your fi ngers.
Cut out two ears from black construction paper and
glue them to the face of your Snoopy.
Cut out one tongue from
red or pink construction
paper and glue it inside
Snoopy’s mouth.
Use a black marker to
give Snoopy eyes.
