Evaluating SourcesWhat questions should I ask?

•Is the article signed or unsigned?•Is information about the Author provided?

–Qualifications? Degree? Staff writer? Amateur? Someone with an–opinion?

•Is it fact, opinion or research findings?•Include references, Bibliography, works cited, or additional readings?•Does the Author include an address or some way He/She can be contacted?•If an organization is responsible for the information, are they widely recognized as a source of scholarly information?•Is this primary secondary or tertiary source material?
