PROJECT DETAILS
Sberbank is supporting Russian Olympic movement and provides internet users with an opportunity to support the Russian Olympics team with kind words and wishes.
This is how the project works:- User can leave an audio- or video-message for the Olympics team members directly via
Skype banner or from a special project page on MSN.- Supporting messages can be any audio/video messages – lines from the national anthem,
verses, songs, etc.- Users can vote for their favorite messages thru the social networks –Vkontakte.ru,
Facebook.com, Odnoklassniki.ru – additional PR in social media!- TOP-10 (based on the user vote) audio- and video- messages (users) get Xbox 360 &
Kinect - Disneyland Adventures!
Activities in Skype1) Premium Takeover (650x170->650x340)- Latest sports news updates- Updates on the number of gold medals won by the
Russian team- Users are asked to leave an audio- or video-message,
which gets published on MSN portal after the moderation
2) Premium Takeover (650x170->650x340)- Updated once per week, contains a gallery, consisting
of 10 best user video-messages (selected by agency, client and the portal team)
- Videos can be watched directly inside Skype banner- Users are asked to leave an audio- or video-message,
which gets published on MSN portal after the moderation

- Complete pre-moderation of submitted messages and user avatars
- Ranking of submitted audio- or video-messages. Opportunity to vote for a message via Facebook, Twitter, Odnoklassniki
- Interactive Bing Map (Bird’s Eye technology) containing Olympic objects , navigation information on the sports events
- Virtual Stadium, where the seats are filled with user avatars (after moderation). Click on a user avatar launches the user’s message
- DeepZoom HTML5 technology – a full library of all submitted audio- and video-messages
- FB Like buttons, VK, TW и OK buttons on all pages of the subchannel
- Subchannel can be accessed directly with Facebook account credentials

When the banner expands, new functions appear. User can record a voice or video message to support the Russian team using the technology implemented in the banner
TOP 10 messages will be integrated in the next Skype banner. Those can be viewed via preview tool, located in the bottom part of the banner

template and has MSN look and feel Header and footer are used as

The page contains the image of the stadium
After the user leaves a message, the stadium displays a bubble with the user name:” Vassile Poupkine was here”
If the user is logged in FB, he can click on the button “Where are my friend”. The click will launch his FB friends’ bubbles
The stadium gets filled throughout the project
The page contains a message that a special event is taking place at the stadium in August 10th (Sochi-2014 intro)

USER MESSAGES MSN Subchannel and Skype banner: user clicks on
“Support our team” button. Skype is launched and Skype call (Free of any charge) to a special Skype robot-user takes place
The users hears a greeting message, asking him to leave an audio- or video-message after the tone. The user can activate a video call, in which case a video-message will be recorded
The recording lasts 20 seconds The recording is then submitted for moderation (details on
slide 15) After the recording is over, the user hears a thank-you
message and received a link (via Skype chat) where his message will be located after it passes the moderation. The user will be able to upload an avatar to the message thru the same link

MESSAGE CONTEST
Each message is stored and displayed on the user ranking page after passing moderation Users can view current rankings, all messages and vote via Facebook, Odnoklassiniki and Twitter Based on the user vote messages move in the ranking The ranking displays user’s Facebook name and/or Skype login Ranking can be filtered by newly submitted and most popular messages The winner get prizes. There are 2 nominations – TOP 5 audio messages and TOP 5 video messages.
Client reps or famous local athletes can be added to the jury list
MESSAGE MODERATION 3 moderators are daily engaged in the moderation process. Each of the moderators
moderates in 2-hour long sessions 3 times per day Moderation shifts:

Any materials of offensive, intrusive, pornographic nature, advertising materials or any materials not allowed by Russian legislation will be removed during the moderation process
