To be included, a work must be in the public domain, and INFOhio must have a license to share the work freely.
Early plain text and HTML books will not be included.
Audiobooks must have professional quality narration and production.
eBook Repository
The link in the MARC record will take the user to a screen where they can select the file format needed for the most commonly used devices.
eBook Repository Most ebooks to come from Project Gutenberg
http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/Main_Page and Penn State http://www2.hn.psu.edu/faculty/jmanis/jimspdf.htm.
MARC records to come from various sources. The best are from the Colorado Library Consortium; those will get loaded first. Some records will have to be enhanced; those will be loaded later.
eBook Repository
Priority will be given to titles on the ODE Core Standards list compiled by the MEC eBook consortium on the Required Reading Wiki
maintained by Emily Colpi at http://schoolreadinglists.wikispaces.com/.
Teachers and librarians may request free titles to be added to the repository.
