The Livewello 23andMe App is a customized tool for

importing and converting your genetic raw data results

from 23andme. It provides the information you need to

work with your health practitioner to understand your

results.

To start using the App, User creates an account and logs into Livewello...

Upon Login, User selects the App to Get their Raw data in 3 easy steps:

In Step 1 User makes sure they have the correct Name and Gender for the 23andMe data

Sharing Your Test Results:

At the bottom of your Report you will see the different ways you can share your report.

Sharing Test Results with your Practitioner: Be sure to ask your Practitioner to send you their Livewello Add-Me Link. It is located under

'Accounts' when they log into their Livewello Account.

Livewello 23andme App

Step by Step Directions..

1. Click on the unique link that you receive from your Practitioner or go to

www.livewello.com/23andMe

2. This link will take you to Livewello where you will sign into your account or sign up for a new account.

3. Click on Apps, Click on Select App and then Click on Get Started.

4.- Edit/Choose the correct 23andMe Profile

5. Upload your 23andMe Raw Data.

6. Click on Generate Report.

At the top of that web page, there is a "Share" link. Clicking it takes you to a form where you can enter the name and email address of anyone you'd like to share your results with. (In order to maintain privacy of data, no one can view your results without it being shared with them in this way.)

Your Client has a Livewello Account & they want to share their Labs/Health Info with you.

There are 2 Ways to access your client's information on Livewello:

Online

1) Online, you will need to Sign Up at https://livewello-app.appspot.com/ using the email address that your patient sent the invitation to. . 2) Now you're in your Livewello Account. Click on the profile photo at the top of the page and you will see your Client listed in the drop down. That drop down is a list of people who have added you to their Health Village. . 3) From there, you can access any Health information, Journal(with pictures & videos) and Documents/Labs that they have posted. . 4) Be sure to click on: Account, then Your Name, then the Add Me Link. . 5) Copy and Share your Add Me Link with your Clients so it is easier for the them to add you to their health village.

Mobile App This option is for iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch users.

1) Using theses devices, you will need to download the App at: http://bit.ly/RocPhA

2) Sign up using the email address that your patient sent the invitation to.

3) At the very bottom of the home screen, click on the icon that has 3 shadowed people and you will see your client in the list of people who have added you to their Health Village.

4) Click on Documents to view the results.

Practitioners

Send all your Clients your Add-Me Link by clicking on 'Accounts' when you sign up for Livewello.
