• Yep, you need to have a photo.– It’s got to be you– Not your dog– Not your kid– You. – And the work you, not the 5 to 9 you.

• Show some personality• Summarize your brand• Your accomplishments and goals• Write in first person if you want!• Keywords will help you get found
