When Palm Beach County Tourism transitioned to Discover the Palm Beaches, they needed to completely rethink their brand. After being selected as their creative agency of record, Levatas started by creating a new visual identity for the brand that began with a logo. The Palmscape, as it became known, is diverse, tropical, progressive and indicative of a one-of-a-kind destination. Our team then kicked off a campaign called “Unplug and Reconnect.” Notably, we created two commercials, one :60 and one :30, both taking aim at the heart of what it means to be truly connected with the people you love, in a place that offers all the little things that make life great.

The Watershed is one of the largest national addiction rehabilitation organizations, and is based in South Florida. When they approached Levatas,
they were at a critical junction in their business journey: they needed to increase monthly admits to grow their business, while keeping costs low in
the highly competitive rehab vertical.
The Levatas search team began by using online channels to drive a new inflow of patients, creating organic video content, blogs, search campaigns and a variety of search-based web copy, focused on providing accessible
and accurate information about addiction and recovery. In step with our efforts, The Watershed continues to grow, seeing significant gains in year-
over-year admits that have resulted in expansion to multiple locations in Florida and a new Texas facility.

Leap saw an opportunity to improve their outdated tools and resources, and engaged Levatas to help them move into the digital age by developing a suite of cloud-based tools and interactive financial calculators. We’ve implemented the latest technologies while providing enterprise-grade data security and legacy support. In addition to redesigning several core products, Levatas also introduced two brand new Leap platforms, including:
Financial Stories: a set of interactive presentations and calculators that simplify complex ideas in a user-friendly and engaging way.
eXperience and Results Management (Leap XRM): an online portal that allows professionals and clients to connect in real time. Leap practitioners have raved about the immediate improvements and sales of Leap’s tools are increasing monthly while Levatas is helping to bolster those gains with innovative marketing strategies.
FastSpring, a Santa Barbara startup that specializes in creating end-to-end e-commerce solutions, recently partnered with Levatas to bring their story to
life in a way that is visually engaging and drives action.
Our teams started with a responsive, retina-ready website design that was modern, simple and full of organized information. With the center of their
online existence in place, we created an original animated video to be the centerpiece of the homepage and marketing efforts. Since the launch of
their new site, business is booming. FastSpring has seen a steady increase in web traffic and significant decreases in bounce rates.

In December 2011, with expansion and marketing goals in their sights, the BurgerFi team called on Levatas to help them beef up their presence in the fast casual dining space. Tactical planning began in the months that followed, with two primary objectives: sell more burgers and sell more franchises.
First thing on the docket was establishing a new online presence, inclusive of end-to-end web design, digital advertising and social media. The Levatas team also had an opportunity to work with their corporate team to craft a variety of content, including marketing copy and collateral, video productions, and even franchisee communications. Moving full-steam ahead, the BurgerFi brand was ready for the national stage. Levatas played an integral role in BurgerFi’s national growth and success, an effort they’ve dubbed the “Burgerfication of the Nation.” With millions of burgers sold and some 75 franchise locations popping up around the country, Levatas is proud of a job well done.

In April 2013, one of the world’s oldest, largest, and most respected brands, HSBC, came to Levatas in search of an agency partner who could deliver UX strategy, UI
design, software development, and social media program creation on a truly global scale. Levatas was ready to answer the call.
Managing and growing a brand that operates in 87 countries, and has 300,000 employees, can sometimes present challenges when it comes to digital innovation,
to say the very least. For that reason, Levatas came to the table by creating operating standards, governance programs, remediation plans, and an asset library
for the bank’s global social media strategy. Levatas was also hired by the global software delivery group within HSBC to concept application ideas, build effective
and usable UX, design compelling UIs, and to develop and deliver functional code. To this day, Levatas keeps hard at work creating and refreshing complex applications across the globe for HSBC as they continue to innovate and grow.

Innovating Around the WorldAs HSBC continues to evolve alongside the ever-changing digital marketplace, it has developed a series of global Innovation Conferences where bank employees are challenged to think outside of the box on ways to improve touchpoints with the modern customer and to improve staff experiences as well. Levatas was tapped to provide on-site UX, UI, and Prototyping support at each of these global 10-day events.
