The image of old people in media was faceless.

The stories ended when the change started.

We asked:

Propose a nursing home to be fixed!

We as journalists followed

the change -

but did not try to affect it.

An old man had never spoken in the elderly home –

until he saw this pony

This changed:

Now inhabitants can ●wake up at 9 am●eat blue cheese●go shopping some knitting material

●eat less medicine

This changedin larger scale

1.The serie is used in the nursing education

2.Association of Finnish Local Authorities published a book about new thinking

3. Still active Facebook group Nurses and relatives share good practises
