FILTEREFFECT

What is FILTER?Filters are Photoshop’s built-in effects that you can apply to your image for an artistic outcome.

You can access all the filters by going to the Menu Bar and click Filter.

You can select from the filter options such as Artistic, Blur, Brush Strokes, Distort, Noise, Pixelate, Render, Sharpen, Sketch, Stylize, Texture, Video and others.

What is FILTER?

• Applied to an image will produced an image like an artistic colored pencil drawing.

The Colored Pencil Filter

• Produce a more solid color on the image.

The Dry Brush Filter

• Reduces the detail of your image and then creates an effect like when you get sponge damped to a glass or a wet surface.

The Sponge Filter

• Lessens the quality of your image to create an effect like seeing through binoculars.

The Gaussian Blur Filter

• Adding direction blurring to your image by selecting the motion blur. This filter lets you add blur that has the sense of getting the picture while moving.

The Motion Filter

• Gives you an imitation of a painted image.

The Brush Stroke Filter

• Makes your image form an outline of edges with black streaks.

The Ink Outline Filter

• Stretches and squeezes areas for your image. It gives a more fun look.

The Distort Filter

• Adds the graininess of the image.

The Noise Filter

• Divides areas of your image into solid shapes of colors.

The Pixelate Filter

• Mosaic • Render• Lens Flare• Sharpen

Other Filter Effects• Sketch• Photocopy• Stylize• Texture• Stained Glass

• Go to the Menu Bar• Click Filter• Select a Filter Style• Change settings• Click Ok
