Current report estimates over 27,000 people have died after the 9.0 magnitude earthquake followed by Tsunami caused disastrous damages in the North coast of Japan.

Love East Project (LEP)Organized by the 100 Christian leaders (eg. Worship

leaders etc.) including professional artists together with dedicated 4,000 members and volunteers.

Main Objective is Helping victims of Earthquake & Tsunami through remaining Christian Churches in the devastated areas.

LEP is Collaborating and communicating with the JCM Agape Network in Malaysia; World vision Japan ; “International aids for hunger“ and as well as other Christian organizations, CRASH, CREST, Etc. that are helping North Eastern part of Japan where Tsunami disaster hit.

JCM Agape Network as a Japanese Christian Missionary in Malaysia is doing whatever it can with the grace of God to help the victims and survivors to get necessary relief and emergency services.

Emergency supplies of goods such as water, foods, blankets, clothing etc. were stacked in major cities due to the road and transportation systems have been paralyzed. The NEEDS are in the rural and small towns.

LEP is currently assisting in delivering 2-3 times a week by buses, trucks, however due to the shortage of gasoline and vehicles, we are unable to increase the number of trips and have had tried using bicycle but lack of manpower.

LEP subsequent events:

(1) Raising Relief Funds- Special Evangelical Concerts Tour within Japan and also Asean countries in co-operation with JCM Agape Network … with the first leg in Singapore and Malaysia in August 2011.

2) Community care activities: - Mental care and spiritual support.

- Homeless centre for orphans; elderly and disables

- Church restoration program.
