Mural in old City Hall is called “Pastoral” and was painted in 1940 by the artist Ted Gilien on canvas then the canvas was placed on the wall. As the name suggests, the mural depicts a rural scene with a man, woman and small boy, two horses and in the background a large barn, hay stacks and fields.
