The main purpose of the activity is to put the stress out.
AND
To take some time to relax by doing some guided breathing exercises.
2. Rabbit´s breathing:
-Breathing like rabbits when they smell carrots-To instruct and lead by example-Close your eyes-3 Quick breaths through the nose, exhale
through the mouth once
3. Bear´s breathing:
-Breathing as the bear when you are sleeping/ analogy of the balloon
-We put our hands on our stomach to feel our breathing
-Close your eyes-Inhale deeply (4 seconds) /keep the air
(2)/exhale slowly (8)
4. Lion´s breathing:
-Imitate the lion when he roars-Inhale deeply (4 seconds) / Hold the air
(2)/Exhale sticking out your tongue and roaring like a lion.
5. Guided relaxation-Put straight-Close your eyes-Pay attention to your breathing-Imagine a wonderful place that makes you feel
happy (garden, beach)-Inhale (4 seconds)/hold your breath
(2)/exhale (8)-Repeat the exercise, but this time just paying
attention to the music.
