Delivery• This program is designed for current line leaders and potential candidates for a line leadership role who are believed to have the capability, capacity, and desire to progress to higher levels with the organisation. It focuses on developing people who can accept the accountabilities of leadership and the authority of the role. This includes clarifying the role of leadership, team and individual performance management and continuous improvement through problem-solving techniques• Completion of the program modules enables participants to receive a certificate of attainment for three units of competency towards a Certificate IV Leadership and Management• While the delivery schedule will be based on your organisational needs, the program is nominally run over a three month timeframe
