Problem-Solving Skills Managers solve problems faced by the organisation, whether major or minor,

to ensure operations run smoothly. Managers who intend to solve a problem must first go through the relevant

processes. These processes involve decision-making thus decision-making refers to the

Google Docs enables tutors and learners to create, store and share instantly and securely, and collaborate online in real time.

There's no software to download, and all the work is stored safely online.

Tutors can monitor learners’ progress via an interactive process which allows him/her to give guidance while the learner is still working on an assignment.

Google Docs in My Course “Currently learners email their draft assignments in Microsoft Office

for me to check. I type in my feedback (as below) and email back to them. Then, they email the changes to me and I have to… ”:
