How are landforms made? As you proceed through the next part of

the investigation, think about what processes might make these landforms.

Landform 1: SpringsA source of water that comes from the ground.

Landform 3: Floodplain The low flat land along a stream or river that may flood

It can also be a plain that has been built up from earth left by floodwaters
