1.Work individually

2.Write down anything you know or imagine about the recipient of your letter.

3.What do you want to achieve with this e-mail? How are you going to achieve it? Write down as many ways for you to achieve your purpose as possible.

4.What is your most important message? Write this down in one sentence! A short sentence!

5.What questions might your reader have? Write down as many as you can.
