Most employees are able to complete the training with no problems, but a few issues have occurred. Here are some helpful tips:

• Make sure your browser pop-up blockers are disabled and your cache is cleared. If you need assistance disabling pop-up blockers, contact the UCF IT Support Center (Email: servicedesk@ucf.edu | Website: www.servicedesk.ucf.edu | Phone: (407) 823-5117). Instructions for clearing your cache can be found here: https://cdl.ucf.edu/support/webcourses/browser/cache/.

• If you are currently a UCF student, or have been a student in the past, you may need to complete a few extra steps. Please review the student instructions in Webcourses.

• In Kognito’s self-report section, employees in UCF colleges should choose their College only. Employees in administrative departments should choose their Department only.

• If you do not see your college or department listed, please select “Other” in the respective drop-down menu, and notify hrconnection@ucf.edu. You may proceed, and your completion of the training will be appropriately credited because you registered for the course through myUCF.
