Killer Whale’s• Killer Whales are mammals.• Killer Whales use lungs to breathe even
though they live in water.• They are Black and White.
Habitat
• Killer whales live in the ocean.• They live in the Pacific Ocean.• Obviously they live in water.
What They Eat• They eat smaller fish and other animals.• They eat different amounts of food
depending on their size.• They are carnivores (meat eaters, eat
only meat).
How They Are Unique • They have one live baby.• Their babies are called calves.• They live in water and have lungs.
Protection
• They protect themselves by living in pods (groups of killer whales).
Endangered
• Killer whales are endangered. • They are endangered because a lot of
people dump oil into the ocean.
What I Liked
• I really like this animal because you can train it and it is such a wild animal.
• There are a lot of movies about them also. I like them, too.
