I began my career on Yoko products and participated at my first Olympics in 2002 in Salt Lake City on Yoko poles. I am very excited to be coming back on board as a Yoko Factory Pilot. Yoko has always im-pressed me with their energy and innova-tive products, along with bringing excite-ment to the sport of cross-country skiing. It’s great to be coming home!

Kikkan signature 7100 series pole shafts are slightly heavier than our 9100 se-ries. The advantage with our 7100series poles is that they are more resistant to impact, due to fact that 7100 series shafts are made of (HS carbon fiber). Our 7100 series is not as stiff as 9100 series but the two are very similar in balance properties and are very suitable for high-level of XC skiing.

Kikkan signature 5400 series poles are recommended for recreational skiers. They are equipped with 40 % HS Carbon combined with 60 % fiberglass. By adding more fiberglass we end up with a pole that still has increased stiffness and can take few more hits than Kikkan signature 9100 / 7100 series poles.
