Delivered through the Richmond Institute of Sports Leadership – a joint venture between Richmond Football Club and Swinburne

Allows students’ to continue their development as athletes while establishing future employment and education pathways

Double diploma in 12 months (full time)

Launched Feb 2017 – first cohort of 41 have now graduated (many now employed through Aligned Leisure). Class of 2018 will have 130+ students.

Delivered in partnership with Aligned Leisure (a subsidiary of Richmond Football Club)

Two work placements give students the chance to use their skills in real-world situations

9 months full time

Focus on fitness, physiotherapy, wellbeing, and community health

Students gain additional certifications in Senior First Aid, including:

- Provide basic emergency life support (HLTAID002)- Provide CPR (HLTAID001)- Mental Health First Aid- Level 1 Sport Trainer (Sports Medicine Australia)
