preparation practical work , this can be done by recording the steps immediately after making the chemical mixture . Mixing ratio to be finalized by a team discussion and revalidation . Thus controlled SOP will be finalized.

2. Chemical handling process should be developed, should be introduce mixing machine instead of manual system.
