• From this student information system landing page, you will click on “Schoolnet” to access the instructional improvement system.

• Use subject, grade levels, type of material or keyword to search for materials.

Key Points:

1. Locate ”Instructional Materials” by subject, grade, standard

2. Use “Filters” wisely (reset filters, if needed)3. “?” for Help4. Search “Home Base Training” for extra

help resources5. For materials vetted by the state, click on

“State” under “Institution”6. Save your best finds in “My Materials” bank

Over 36,000 items in English Language Arts (ELA), Math, Science, and Social Studies. These came from ClassScape or were purchased from outside vendors.

Additional items, including multiple item types (approximately 62,000 total items will be available for teacher and district use at the start of the 2014-15 school year)

Add Items to the assessment

• Add your own by selecting the item type of your choice

• You could also view the item, edit it, remove it from the test, or turn the timer off, if you had selected for one to be on for this assessment

• You can also add an item to the test from this page by clicking “Add Item” which you can find above the first question and at the bottom of the page

• Click on Schedule Information to be able to schedule your assessment to students.

• Use the Edit Schedule and Settings link to head to the Schedule to Courses page

• To access the test, they will enter the code that the teacher provides

• Notice that students can hide answers, flag questions, move back and forth between questions and monitor their progress while taking an online test.
