Julius Caesar was born on July 13, 100BC.

A Cancer.

So you know he was crazy.

In fact, his family claimed that they were descendants of the goddess Venus.

Although he began his political career at age 16, he dID not achieve political success until 63 BC, at age 36.

He became ruler of the roman foreign lands.

But there were many haters…

…So Caesar decided to make some powerful friends.

The first triumvirate

In 53 BC Crassus kicked the bucket, pompey wAS A SUCCESS IN ROME, AND CAESAR WAS EXPANDING THE ROMAN EMPIRE. SO THEY WENT THEIR SEPARATE WAYS.

WHEN CAESAR RETURNED TO ROME IN 50 BC, THEY WERE GOING TO PUT HIM ON TRIAL FOR EARLIER TRANSGRESSIONS. SO…

…HE STARTED A CIVIL WAR.
