MiserableComforters•  Jobrespondstohisfriendsandpointsoutthattheyare“miserablecomforters”.

•  Jobonceagainattemptsexplaintohisfriendsthateveryonehas“heard”thethingsyouaretryingtocommunicate.

•  Theonlyproblemisthatthe“things”thateveryonehasheardinrelationshiptosufferingdoesnotapplytoJobbecauseJob’ssituationisuniquetohim.

JobLaments•  OnceagainJobisinadarkplacewhereevenwordsfailtobeexpressedinawaythatbringsrelieffromhissuffering.

•  TheconflictthatJobwasstrugglingwithwaswhyhadGodabandonedhimwhenheknewthathehaddonenothingsinfultodeservesuchsuffering.

•  OfcourseweknowthatGodhadnotabandonedhimnordoesheabandonuswhenwecan’tseehishandworkingouthisplanforourlives.

JobIsWornOut•  Jobsaysthat“Godhasworn”himoutthoughthetrialhewasexperiencing.
