James specialises in commercial strategy with a particular focus on pricing in the Retail & Consumer Goods, Travel & Hospitality, & B2B services sectors. He leads the Consumer Goods practice in the UK, & his work has covered UK and international clients, including leading FMCG companies.

Prior to joining Simon-Kucher, James was Head of International Pricing at Hertz Europe. Before this he held the role of Senior Pricing Manager in the global services division of Ricoh, a leading IT hardware provider.
