• A further $1.01M each year injected into the economy through ongoing

employment in the arts

• A $9.66M boost to the visitor economy after its first year of operation, growing to

$12.2M after five years

• 80,000 visitors to the art museum annually.

• 17 positions as a result of the redevelopment

Develop 5 year Collection Acquisition and Growth Strategy and post opening Marketing Plan

Expand partnership with regional TAFE and La Trobe University to deliver a Diploma in Creative Arts from MAMA’s Commonwealth Education Suite

Tour the Russell Mills Foundation Collection and develop additional income streams

Expand on creative incubator and hub projects

Develop philanthropic strategy and governance framework for future corpus growth
