• A $9.66M boost to the visitor economy after its first year of operation, growing to
$12.2M after five years

The Future: next 12 months
Develop 5 year Collection Acquisition and Growth Strategy and post opening Marketing Plan
Expand partnership with regional TAFE and La Trobe University to deliver a Diploma in Creative Arts from MAMA’s Commonwealth Education Suite
Tour the Russell Mills Foundation Collection and develop additional income streams
Expand on creative incubator and hub projects
Develop philanthropic strategy and governance framework for future corpus growth
