Italian Culture and Life

There are many carnivals and festivals with colorful costumes and parades.

Italians enjoy watching motor races like the Grand Prix in Milan.There are also bicycle races.

Much of Italy is farmland where they grow fruits, vegetables, grapes and olives.

The cities are very crowded and many families live in apartments.

Italy has open air markets as well as fancy designer shops.
