What is a Structured Day Recovery Programme (SDRP)?

- Therapeutic sessions- Life skills- Relapse prevention- Education- Key working- 12 Step teaching or an equivalent

What does an SDRP involve?

- The programme is holistic, covering spiritual, physical and emotional development

- Addicts can work through life issues, daily, in a safe environment

- There are opportunities to work with addicts families and build ‘communities of recovery’
