Guiding Questions: Sample1. What needs to be considered in

quantifying people and resource needs? 2. What resource needs would best support

carrying this work forward? How might we quantify that?

3. How might we approach our resource needs for specific programs?

4. What might be some common elements of a “formula” around resource needs that would work for all communities?

 

Instructions: Each person at table of 4 is assigned a question to ask every other

person at the table. Begin interviews (3 min each) When bell rings, rotate to next question until every person has

answered each of 4 questions. We’ll let you know who interviews who.

All the interviewers for each question gather to compare notes (20 minutes)

Report back themes and insights from each question. (2 min /question)

Please Remember:

You always ask the same question.

Interview as if you were a reporter.

Please write clearly.

Try to capture the other person’s ideas, words, and phrases.
